Peru Consultants has helped me design the grading and drainage plans for three new houses to date, and I have been really happy with all the work. Besides being laidback and friendly, Christian is truly open to collaboration and the client’s input (which is often rare to find with engineers these days). Needless to say, he is a consummate professional and I am glad that he was referred to me by my architect!

Peru Consultants did an excellent job of handling the Civil plans for my home remodel & expansion. This work included multiple trips to the City's PW Department to satisfy their ever-changing requirements including LID's and all new street space. Christian at Peru Consulting provided perfect service for all of our civil engineer needs/requirements related to a massive remodel project in Hermosa Beach. But more impressively, he became a lifeline for us as we encountered problems with multiple other parties involved in our project. He went WAY above and beyond to assist us in the most challenging stage of the project-- obtaining permits from the city. He went outside of his own scope of work to ensure that we submitted properly and became an invaluable advisor to us throughout the process. He is professional, extremely knowledgable, always very quick to respond and always willing to help with whatever he can.
What prompted me to write this review was-- after over a year since we last worked with Christian-- I had a random question for him today (we are now under construction). The question I asked should not have been directed to him, yet he stopped everything he was doing and reviewed and compiled data for me, to help me understand the issue I was looking to address.
We could not have hired a better resource than Christian/ Peru Consulting and are grateful we did-- even a year later, as he continues to be an invaluable resource to us.

As a landscape designer in the Palos Verdes Area I deal with large earth movement projects. I have worked with Christian on a number of projects from pool plans, to hardscape plans to drainage plans for city approval. Over the 4 years I have known him (2016-2020) he has be consistently easy to communicate with, quick to respond and willing to speak with city officials to help get plans approved.
