I'm from Pennsylvania here in Sherman Oaks for 2 months.
I work everyday remote from 2 different locations while I'm here.
The hinge on my laptop broke and made it difficult to open and close my laptop. I called and Scott made sure to find and get the parts the next day. Upon my request he also took care of a couple other issues. I would highly recommend this company for your computer needs. I wish they were in Pa.

Highly recommend PERSONAL COMPUTER SALES & SERVICE for fixing your computer!

Two of my keyboard keys - ones that are necessary - stopped working. I didn't know what to do. I took the computer into PCS&S and they performed a diagnostic and determined I would need a new keyboard. It is cheaper to replace a keyboard than a whole computer.

What impressed me was how professional they were. All pricing was discussed up front. They were very friendly and welcoming, and always discussed what they would do and how long it would take. I was able to drop my computer off in the morning and they finished work by the afternoon. They have a strict confidentiality code, which is important when working with sensitive material. They also validate parking, so you don't need to walk far.

My new keyboard works perfectly now.

Overall, I'm thrilled with the service and workmanship of PCS&S. If I have any computer issues, PCS&S would be my FIRST STOP to try to solve issues!
