I have used Performance Based heating for years at our cabin. They put in mini splits this year which are super helpful. Great job done by Jacob’s crew. Jacob also came last week to help with my central heating system. He is professional and very knowledgeable and responsive. Very great company to work with.

Jacob and his team are top notch. Jacob and his team installed two condensers and 4 mini split heads at our residence. I really appreciated that Jacob takes the time to explain the nuances of how the systems operate and it really helped me understand the benefits of the systems prior to purchase. Jacob is also a man of utmost integrity, when a minor error occurred with the disposal of our old heater he made it right without hesitation. In a world where it is scary to trust someone with such a large investment I am truly happy we chose Jacob. His team led by Brian also came up with a creative solution to placing our condensers on a sloped portion of our property. They built retaining walls to safely place the condensers which was ingenious and also saved us money from having to install wall mounts. Lastly, I received 5 quotes and did extensive research and they were by far the most affordable. The units are phenomenal and work as advertised. We are very thankful!

Jacob and his guys were nothing short of excellent to work with. They installed a whole new 4 ton heat pump and AC with new duct work. Jacob answered all my questions(there was a lot of them). He was always very responsive and when I had thermostat issues he was very quick to get it dialed in. His guys do clean work and do a great job picking up after themselves. Their prices beat out all the other quotes I got as well. I highly recommend Performance based for your HVAC needs.

Couldn't find anyone to repair our heater. Contacted Jacob and he was there the next morning. He said he would be there at 8am and was 5 minutes early.
