Very poor customer service when ordering custom badge ribbons. I made my original order far in advance and I loved that the website had a visual aid to preview custom ribbon art. However I was later met with a waiver for approval process that suggested my order did not meet print requirements. Formerly I’ve ordered from Marcopromos and a customer service agent let me know exactly what I needed to change from proofs to print.

Two weeks after order my package was shipped and due to UPS complications I was not able to receive the package. I did the entire claim process with UPS resolution being that they “reached out to the original shipper” with claims. PC nametag could not compensate or refund the order since they made the product, and I offered willing to reorder and even upgrade to needing signature on delivery (the fact that this wasn’t the default for a +$100 order is nerve wracking to begin with)
However customer service dropped the ball and stopped communications until it was too close to the deadline of my event. So I am out over $100 with no ribbons, no refund, and no communication.

Always a great experience with PC/Nametag. I’ve had an emergency where we needed to sample some labels and badges and PC/Nametag delivered them swiftly along with some additional similar samples. I am very happy with their online portal, services & templates they provide which are the exact measurements of their products. Highly recommend!!!!

Our organization has been ordering name badges for the last there years, but this year the service was very poor. Even though we ordered similar to the last two years, we received the name badges without it being organized in trays. We were not informed of this change. I called them about this issue and the person who spoke to me had very bad customer service and told me to order it separately. Our conference is early next week and i don’t to pay additional fee for the trays with expedited shipping. This was all included without additional charges the last two year. I am very disappointed with the service!

The bag tags I had made are great. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! They listened to the adjustments I needed to the tags, called and emailed to make sure I got what I needed, and even adjusted the price when they realized the quote was for the wrong tag type. I will be back.

Quality, speed, and price is really good. If they could actually ship products to address and person I put on the order it would be excellent. I've talked to customer service about this several times. Still sending shipments to the wrong person.
