Providers can't seem to get thru the insurance red tape to follow through with prescriptions! Meanwhile I remain in pain x 3 weeks. They utilize a super unfriendly medical software that they don't even know how to work....one excuse after another. Really disappointed 😞 here.

This has to be one of the worst social services offices in the entire state. They're unprofessional and full of excuses. To give someone's child away before DNA results are even back is horrible. To give the child to someone not even related is unheard-of. Whomever runs this office should be terminated immediately. This decision has left my family heartbroken and very upset.

Pitiful and disgraceful
Caseworkers commit FRAUD by blocking elderly and permanently disabled citizens by not allowing them to add bills for spendowns that would otherwise qualify them for much better benefits. Also, they fail to reimburse you for transportation costs.
Another bunch of criminals.

They have placed my sister in foster care at this time and I am willing to take her in and they won't let me because I live in a different state apparently I had reposted the abuse for three years before they ever took action and took soul custody of my sister now three years later I was rught and they have placed her in a home with strangers rather than family ..... Other than that they are good people they are just not wanting to give me a chance

The government is broken! You put your money in when you work. But when you need help, its all gone. There's NO help for US. The disabled and seniors, the former working class of people!
Its just pure SAD.
Oh plus they have me oh family planning medicaid now at 60 years of age with no female parts.
I've been on totally disabled for over 30 years.
Really? What in the living hell?😢 😭😢

Make sure you plan your day accordingly if you need service here or on the HD side. They’re so very slow. Especially WIC. Appointment at 9. There 15min early, not seen for upwards of 45 minutes. Then back out to wait to be seen again taking up to 30 more minutes. Ugg
