When I began with Pasadena Professional Services, the communication was great. They helped me apply for ERC money in 2023. They said I did qualify and received all of the paperwork. They told me what I would be receiving. I received 1/3 of the refunds. There is NO communication unless I reach out to them, and then, they don't always respond. Another business owner had to call all of the state representatives, medicaid, and follow up on the entire process. When she asked for a cut in their fee, they wouldn't allow it saying that they had done all the work on her refund. NOT true at all. We haven't heard from them since September 2023 and that was when I reached out last. They are supposedly calling the IRS every week, but no communication regarding that either. I have emailed Jimmy Greff more times than I care to go back and look up and have also include Jaime Greff on some of them as well. Neither have answered me. I feel they should not charge when WE are doing all of the work to get paid. I realize the got the ball rolling, but, obviously, they dropped the ball a long time ago leaving it up to us to follow through. Terrible customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend the company for anything at this point.

We do not recommend engaging with this particular business. We have experienced delays in the processing of our taxes despite being assured by Dori Lincoln that they had been filed three months ago. Our attempts to communicate with Dori and Exxon regarding the completion of our taxes have gone unanswered. We found Dori Lincoln's demeanor to be unprofessional and her behavior unacceptable. During a recent conversation about the status of our taxes, Dori indicated she did not have time for discussion and rudely ended the call while we were still speaking. We advise against utilizing the services of this business. We recommend seeking services from a more reputable tax accountant to avoid any potential mishandling of your financial matters.

Absolutely incredible service! Highly professional and knowledgable, they were able to solve something my other accountants could not. Using Pasadena Professional Services saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars! Doing business requires having the smartest people helping you keep more money. They are also very service oriented, and have excellent communication. Worth every penny. Highly Highly recommended! Just call them. You won't regret it.

I greatly appreciated Pasadena Professional Services help in receiving ERC funds. I had been told twice I didn’t qualify. They were professional and made the process easy. When I received notice from the IRS that additional information was needed for my second check, all I had to do was contact my representative, Jimmu Greff, and the check was on its way. These checks came at a greatly needed time that allowed us to get ahead this year after 2 very tight years. I would highly recommend their services!

This company was fabulous in their service and followup to help us receive the funding from the government which we were entitled to as entreneurs and employers. They worked with me to break through burocratic documentation and blocking from my old payroll company to get all the information needed and were very patient when I had given up on trying to get or provide all the data needed. This is a great financial handling we needed to get done. I HIGHLY recommend this team of Professionals to help you and anyone you know to get things DONE.
