I got the chance to find Parthenon for seismic retrofitting of our apartment building after consultation with few other companies and connections in the area. Hi:
I had a big project ahead of me mandated by City of LA. I Looked around with many construction companies which were doing same type of construction which Was needed. I meet with few Companies their office and fabrication shop and so on. When got down to business I had to decide which company I had to hire. He was recommended to me and I met with Mr Amir few times and went over some details.I decided to go with Parthenon construction company and Amir.I had no prior knowledge or experience with him. only the 2 or 3 meetings with Amir Gave me the conference to go with him. The job started on time. From day one I was present on the job site. Things were always on schedule and on time. Workers were hard working honest people. I was happy with the job progress. Each stage was done on time if not a bit earlier under direct supervision of the boss man (Mr Amir). He paid close attention to details checked often the progress and most importantly the safety. Safety of tenets living in the building and safety of the workers and work environment. I took chance when I hired Mr Amir Nassimi and the "Parthenon construction company". I am happy I did so. The project was of course done on time and on the agreed budget. Every detail was taken care of and the job site clean.Mr Amir is still helping in the process of getting approval from the City of LA regarding the cost recovery.
I highly recommend him if someone is still in need of construction work for their project. I am sure you will agree with me at the end of your project. I think I might have found a fried in this process.
