I drove a distance for an appointment that the accountant didn’t bother to show up to. I realize life happens but have the common courtesy to let your clients know you can’t be there. Bad way to do business.! Won’t be back!

I came here to just say, if you're reading these reviews look at when the 1-3 star reviews where done. Pretty much during all the COVID insanity and when everyone taxes were late because the way things were at the time. If you notice the 4-5 star reviews, those people's reviews have been using Parkway for several years. Take that into account before deciding on not using these ladies. That being said.... My husband and I have used Parkway taxes for almost 10 years now and we have always been satisfied with the ladies that work there. We bring our children, and the ladies love to see how much they grow each year. It's become a little tradition of ours. Would never us a large company (i.e H&R, Turbo ect.) again. This little place tucked away in Florence is the best! Highly recommend. The service is wonderful, they answer our questions and make things easy to understand. The job is done efficiently and timely.

In response to the above or below comments from Nikki Jones and Jannique Jones who are both the same person~~ This lady didn’t tell me that she had moved or changed her bank until after she didn’t get her refund. I have never and would not ever use my own bank info for any bodies return. We go above and beyond to help our clients as to the best of our ability per the info that the clients give us. If you move or change banks please let us know up front. We always ask if your info is the same as last year. God Bless and we appreciate your business,

All the ladies at Parkway Tax are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were extremely patient with me and did their best to help me understand what all they were doing. They ask me questions that I didn’t know would help with my refund. They are very professional and their prices are great!!

Friendly service. I have been using their services for several years now. They are more than happy to help and answer any questions. Parkway is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever been introduced. Tax preparer Stephanie Norwood is a absolute joke. So I ended up letting her do my taxes after my preparer was nearly 1hour late! She put in the incorrect direct deposit numbers also my incorrect address. Noticing that my direct deposit was incorrect, I was informed that a check would be mailed to me?! After waiting nearly 4 weeks I was notified that my check was being returned By postal office, due to Incorrect Address (imagine that)‼️ I tried calling and speaking with “Linda” the owner but was confronted with bad attitudes and Negative tones in the phone...please choose somewhere else other than this circus 🎪 #liesafterlies

They are a freaking JOKE!!!!!
Kayren that worked on our taxes filed myself as more than half time and I was less...I even provided class hours and days.... IRS flagged us and now we are having to pay $801. It was more...but they found some issues with there file and took $200 off of it.....
After telling them it was not my mistake and they should have insurance to cover the problem they informed me that, "our insurance doesn't cover those type of things."

And now leaving us with $801 to pay....
