Paige Kaye Knows How to Sell a Home in Santa Barbara!

This was the fourth time we sold our home over the past 35 years. This is the first time our agent was an active participant providing expert advice and guidance from beginning to end.

Selling a home requires an enormous amount of work to be successful and bring a good price. A key reason we were successful selling our home was Paige Kaye. Paige was heavily involved in the entire process right through the close of escrow. We saw her at the house often. She communicated with us regularly. Paige’s knowledge of the area and the current market helped us set an appropriate sale price and her experience made the process a smooth and successful one.

For example, on Paige’s recommendation we contracted our own Home Inspection to find issues that we might not be aware of. Like any good project manager, Paige had the findings from the Inspection Report on a checklist and asked us for periodic updates until they were all repaired.

But, Paige wasn’t done there. She was very active in helping us stage the house and property for showing, including shopping with us for a few items to help the house take on more of a model home appearance.

We do believe that without Paige’s experience and deep understanding of the market conditions in Santa Barabara, we would not have sold the house for anything close to our asking price.
