Pacific Realty is by far the best rental management company I have ever been with. We just moved into our house on August 20th. Just from being here for a short time Garrett and Bob have both been very welcoming and kind. Im very impressed and happy with how quick they are with fixing things we call about. This company manages the property I reside in. The gardener that you pay weekly for never shows up, I had to call for weeks to finally get someone out to cut the grass. Over the course of 6 months my grass was cut maybe 5 times. I’m in the military and have been speaking to “Matt” about how I’m getting out of the navy and he asked me to just provide my orders when I get them. I’ve been trying to reach them for days now to give them my orders so I can break my lease and go home. I believe they are intentionally not responding to me so that they can continue to collect the rent that they think I’m going to pay.

We have nothing but great things to say about Pacific Realty. Our first interaction was with Gary who drove us around IB where he grew up and made us experts about the area in one hour. He educated us about new projects being planned for the area, what condo buildings had good and bad HOA's etc etc.

We were then assigned to Dana Kane who got us a great short sale competing against several cash buyers. Dana also grew up in IB and is very knowledgeable about the area just like Gary. In addition to being an expert about the area she also impressed us with her persistence, follow up and attention to detail. We have worked with other companies and agents in the past and Dana is definitely the best agent we have ever worked with !

Unresponsive, unprofessional, inconsiderate, unkind property management company (and realty.) NEVER RENT FROM THEM!! Garrett Patel NEVER responds to emails nor maintenance requests nor requests for a copy of your Lease!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The owner of my rental, Steven Dominguez, whom they represent, is another one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! He does not maintain property. ZERO STARS all around!!!
