It is nice to go to a place of business that remembers who you are. We are greeted by name, even before we reach the tellers. Everyone usually has s smile on their faces, the place is clean and tidy. WE have been dealing with this bank for a few years now, since they took over. Lisa always has a smile and pleasant attitude. Penny, the new manager, is great at remembering names and greeting with a smile also. We pray that these will continue to work here as we appreciate all they do for us.

Well the staff sure does like sticking their noses deep into their clients personal business, to the point where I think they even violate the HIPAA laws. I didn't even know a bank could.

I do not recommend this financial institution for anyone for any reason.
