We worked with Deborah on the purchase of a house in Julian, and it worked out so well that when we decided to sell that house 17 years later we went back to her again. She did an expert at job at pricing the house, and doing all the negotiations. We had moved out of state and she handled everything with zero drama. She did a great job at marketing the house, with excellent photos and promotion, and we closed escrow within 4 weeks of listing, in a fairly slow market. We could not have been more impressed.
