When I needed a time of death evaluation of my home from a date in 2003, I started looking at the companies who provided this type of service. My research led me to 0R valuation service. I only select a company which has many reviews so I can be assured they are real. Ran had the number and the high quality of each review that I was looking for. I found rand to be professional, efficient, and very timely with his service. The price was also right! The report is extremely detailed with photos.

We employed the services of OR Valuation Service before the purchase of our home. The home inspector is cool headed, friendly, helpful, professional and VERY THOROUGH in his services which we really appreciated. His report was well sectioned and easy to understand. There were lots of well descriptive pictures with arrows and circles to easily identify the items of interest. Most often he would include lots of information on safety and proper usage of an item in his reports. I strongly believe the services of a home inspector isn’t limited to assisting one in purchasing a home but also to get to learn more about your home from a professional. I was able to get acquainted with lots of home maintenance strategies just from reading his reports and communicating with him. Very pleased with your services and I would highly recommend.

Ran is really a good home inspector, very knowledgeable. We used him twice and every single time he did not miss anything during the inspection. I wasn't there for the inspection, but my husband told me Ran did a great job. Very thorough. Very helpful. Was available in the time frame we needed, and provided his very detailed inspection only hours later. Separated items that needed attention to items that we should be mindful of. Quality service. Even my realtor said she would definitely refer him to her other clients. Hands down would use for another inspection. A+++!

Very professional and personal home inspector . The inspector did a walk through for about 15 minutes briefly review his findings and I got the report the same day. Report was 76 pages itemized the findings.
2 days after inspection the inspector call to follow up if I review the home inspection report and if I have any questions. Best money we have ever spent great customer service .
