This company called me as a result of something I completed online regarding income tax forgiveness program. They lied and said they could get my taxes reduced t $1,000 with a $50 a month payment to the IRS. After they collected my $500 fee the story changed. Now I will owe them $2,500 more and I will owe IRS more than $1,000. I will have to make $50 payments for seven years or more. They lied about their fees, payments and things that could do. Don't believe what they tell you...make your own arrangements with the IRS without paying an outside company.

I complete tomorrow!! I never leave a review on anything however feel the need to do so on this. I just wanted to say how absolutely fantastic Victoria was throughout this whole process. I cannot thank Optimum enough for all their help and advice along the way. The entire process has been so smooth and stress free. I really don't see what all the fuss was about when people say it’s a stressful time of your life because it just wasn't. Thank you so much. I will have no issues with recommending Optimum Management.
