After a good year with many 1099s in 2023 (90k) Pat incorporated C & J Marketing as an S Corp in 2024 and handled all the necessary paperwork. Pat also did payroll tax filing as required for a very fair price. Pat will file C & J Marketing income taxes for 2024 and I am expecting $6k in savings after all expenses of incorporating.
