Arnulfo “Arnie” Gonzales was accounts manager of Kennedy Acounting for 20 years that managed 3 townhomes in two different HOA’s. One in Santa Barbara and the other with two townhomes in Montecito. About 5-6 years ago apparently he acquired Old Coast Property Management Company. If one could give both property management companies a - star rating that would probably be the most accurate. Directly or indirectly have dealt with this person for approximately 25 years. Sends out a email where we have responded back the same or next business day and don’t hear back for months at a time. So it’s your call if you want Old Coast Property Management to be a Property Manager of the HOA townhome-condominium-PUD one’s considering acquiring or they’re Property Manager.
