Unprofessional and dishonest attorney Anna.
It took her over 2 years to settle down the case. During my phone calls with her she was always mentioning that she charges 33% from the settlement and this was what we agreed to. At the end without any explanation and without my permission she charged me 40%, which I have never agreed to.
When I called her for the explanation she went ballistic and started screaming like abnormal person that she doesn’t work for free claiming that she said she was going to charge me 40%, which was a straight forward lie and she hang up on me, 33% was also agreed for another person who got to the accident with me and it was the same story she charged him 40% throwing a phrase “I hope you understand that I deserve it”.
Besides that her work was extremely slow and the case was not moving forward until I followed up with her and call myself doctor’s office helping to settle the bills.
Overall she over promised the amount we might get and overcharged me and other person who had a case with her.
Very shady.

P.S: She had to ask a person who got into the accident with me to call me, I don’t know what did she promised to him as she is a friend of his friend, but he was asking me on her behalf to remove this review.
Every single word in my review is a truth and I have a proof of it.
Anna, you should be more honest. Shame on you.

I have used this law firm for two separate accidents 7 years apart. Both times I used them, they have gotten me amazing results and I highly recommend. The entire team is very attentive, and takes the time to understand your case.

The first time I used this law firm I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver and they got all my injuries taken care of and handled all my communications with the insurance companies. The second time I was also hit by an underinsured driver and I knew exactly who to call. Anna responded very quickly and got me the medical treatment I needed right away.
