Customer service is amazing, very helpful and definitely know their way around guns ammo and customs guns of any kind. You are missing out if you haven’t stopped and checked out there jam packed Awesome store. The crew at this store is better than buying anything. They are hands down the best firearm store in Wisconsin and beyond.

All guns in pictures were custom done.
The AR 300 hammer was custom done from ground up. I gave them a vision and they nailed it.

Northwoods Firearms is top notch in customer service! I brought in a shotgun that needed to be drilled and tapped for a red dot sight and it was it 5 days before bear season starts. 9/4/24 My fault for waiting to long. My grandson was using this gun and this shop said they could have it prepared by season opening day. They if fact had it completed in 1 day!! My Grandson shot his 1st bear 9/6, can't say enough about the customer service!!! Thanks!!!

I stopped at Northwoods Firearms on Wednesday before the gun deer opener. I was in a panic because I had just cleaned and oiled my 30 '06, a piece had fallen off and I could not put the gun back together. I knew if I took it back to Green Bay to Cabella’s there was no way I would have it back for the opener. I had already loaned out my other rifles so I was afraid I would be without a rifle for gun season. I met Katie and she said that perhaps Bob could look at it right away. Bob came out, looked at it, brought it back to his work area and in two minutes was back with my gun put back together and it was ready to go!!! He took time to explain what happened and how to deal with the issue in the future. I asked what the cost was and he said he was just glad to help! Amazing!!! I was so happy to have my gun fixed and ready for the gun season! Thank you Katie and Bob! You guys are awesome!!

Great shop with even better people running it. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Far exceeded my expectations in building my custom AR-10. Fantastic communication from helping me pick out what I needed to keeping me up to date as parts came in. The custom engraving work he does is top notch. First time customer but won't be my last, that's for sure. Awesome people for all of your go BANG needs.

Update (2/7/2024) - Not your dad's 10/22. Another awesome build by the Northwoods' staff. Very pleased with how it came together. They aim to please and haven't missed the mark yet.

Northwoods Firearms is an amazing business! I stopped in to get some ideas for Birthday/ Christmas presents and they did not disappoint! Not only did they have a HUGE selection of inventory, but they will also order what you are looking for! Bobby was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to order what I was looking for, pick out some items off the shelves, and even personalize some of the gifts! It’s definitely a place worth checking out, they have something for everyone!

Bought a Radical Arms AR-15 from here. Was talked through different brands and was helped choose a gun that would best suite me without overspending. Owner seemed very knowledgeable on guns and walked through cleaning and care on day I picked it up. Everything was very professional with care taken at all steps of the buying process.
