Kathy and Duke and their crew were fantastic to work with. Very organized and efficient. We were so happy that they cleared out my parents’ house and big shed and then completed the auction all within a timeline of 3 weeks! This team just get's it right all the way around. First, they are professional Second they are experienced and Third so easy to work with. They have become part of the family. They have been so helpful in my process of cleaning out my family home. Honesty is their business practice and I would recommend them to help anyone who is looking to hold an auction! It’s very poor business practice to sell an item and not inform customers it will require serious repairs. We purchased a skid steer for over $18,000 under the impression it was in good working order. Right after purchase we had to take it in for over $4,000 in repairs. We later found out the auction company had been using this item for setup of the auction so they were well aware that this product had issues. We also informed auctioneer Duke before leaving the auction that something was wrong with this machine. He said he’d talk with the owner and get some money back which he failed to do. Very disappointed in our experience I hope you can learn from our mistake and take your business elsewhere.

I never knew this company existed until we bid on items in one of their local auctions. The next day, checkout and pickup went very well. We bought numerous pieces of stoneware and they gathered it all to one table for me and even offered to help carry things to my vehicle. We will be watching future North Central Sales auctions!

I’ve been a professional auction buyer for my businesses for over 25 years. I’ve dealt with auctions and auctioneers on every level imaginable, from the completely ridiculous, to red carpet events with auctioneers wearing tuxedos. NCS, in my opinion, does an excellent job of both organizing some very challenging auctions, as well as running these events bumper to bumper with ease. I buy quite a bit from NCS and I find a wide assortment of interesting items for reselling in my online stores and find some real bargains in the process. The new facility is great and the staff is a tight knit family group that makes all feel welcome and like old friends. I personally appreciate their dedication to doing the best job they can for their sellers. Overall, a great experience for all and a fun way to spend the day.
