I've always had a good experience with Dr. Richard Rison. Front desk is a different story. Just had a bad experience with only one medical assistant. I noticed she isn't there anymore. Problem solved. Other than that, all of them are pretty nice.

I have been a patient of Dr Ganguly's since 2005. All-in-all, I have been extremely happy with him. Since COVD hit, the physicians in the office have had to focus on patient care at the PIH hospital. I heard that an average of 100 patients a day died at the hospital. This had taken a toll on the Neurology Constants physicians and was self-evident on their faces when I went in for an office visit. I drive over 100 miles one-way to get to their office from Big Bear Lake, so confident I am about the medical opinions and care that I receive. Their staff - both front office and the number of physicians themselves -has dwindled to next to nothing. Don't be so hard on them Try being in their shoes.

Customer service is awful. Tried to schedule the first available appointment for my father who had a stroke, a referral was sent in for him by his Dr., and what the receptionist first asked me was: "what type of insurance does he have?" Then she told me he has to wait till August. The fact that he had a stroke did not matter. I did not make the appointment. I felt my father should be seen quickly. The way the call was handled was unbelievable. She was cold and very carefree. This is not acceptable for anyone who needs care.
