Great experience didn't know there was a local storefront that sold used PCs. Would much rather buy them from a physical storefront then shadey online dealer very helpful staff. Set up when I got home was a breeze. Literally plugged them in and was ready to go! Didn't have to wait for shipping etc

These people are awesome !! My wife bought a laptop from them several months ago and kept telling me to quit whining about my desktop "thinking" all the time and even locking up until I lost patience and shut it down. (Patience isn't my strong point) Anyway, I finally had enough so I took my tower to them. I was told it should be ready by Wednesday, but they called Tuesday and said it was ready. My particular issue wasn't a cheap fix, but it was a lot cheaper than a new tower ! I'll swear it seems to load before I click the button, it's so fast ! Thank you Netux Solutions !!

Whenever I have gone in to Netux Solutions with my MacBook Pro and external hard drive, I would always explain my situation, then be told they can't do much until they perform their $60 diagnostic test.

Long story short, I was doing a routine reformat where you delete your entire hard drive and reinstall for better performance. Everything was fine until I had to select which hard drive to install Snow Leopard on to and my hard drive did not show up. I took it to Netux, paid for the diagnostic test, and when I got my computer back it was in the same loop unable to do anything. I eventually found helpful people on Mac forums and Reddit.

Applied Micro is one block away. Save your time and your money!
