In early 2016, My husband and I decided it was time to start researching what it would take to purchase our first home. This past Spring (2018) my wife ands I decided that it was time to move back to California. We felt that we had experienced enough of the east coast, and Northern Virginia, and were missing the west coast (including family and friends). But, instead of moving back to Southern CA, we chose to move to Sacramento. We always loved this citry when we visited and we thought, why not?

Our Virginia realtor connected us with Renee and everything was so very easy from that point. Before even beginning to send us listings, Renee took time to speak with us (both together and separately) to get a good feel for what we were looking for not only in a house but, in a community as well. From that point, every listing she sent us was spot on to what we were looking for.

Renee worked very closely with our realtor in Northern Virginia to coordinate our sell and closing there in correlation to our searching and offering in Sacramento. Both of them made this whole process so easy, giving my wife and I peace of mind.

Viewing the homes wasn’t as challenging as my wife and I thought, mainly because Renee was very proactive with this process. We spent one weekend in Sacramento, viewing a lineup of potential places that Renee put together. Prior to, and after, that in-person weekend Renee used Facetime to walk us through other listings, so we could view them with her in real-time. For us, that was above and beyond.

We finally found a home and put an offer in but, after seeing the inspection report, Renee was very understanding and supportive, and helped us move past that home. Though my wife and I were disappointed, we kept searching. Renee was extremely responsive while we texted and called her with other listings we wanted to see. When we found a second place to put an offer in on, Renee acted at lightening speed to setup another viewing, write and submit the offer, and negotiate its acceptance within a couple days.

It has been a couple months since we closed and moved in. My wife and I are very happy. Renee and her team are excellent, even checking in on us to make sure we’re settling into the home and community. She has offered multiple recommendations on places to eat, shop, and clubs to get involved with. We fully recommend Renee Friedrich and her team!
