I’ve been going to Rick for 3 years today marks the day I’ve seen his true colors! He has neglected to return my records and holding the records of mine until the preparation fee is paid. I decided to go with a different tax person and he clearly didn’t like that and will not give me my forms I submitted to him back. I’ve made a complaint to the IRS regarding his improper tax practices and not giving back my property.

I am so happy I found Moreno Tax services! We filed last minute this year because we lost our long time tax guy. We needed someone dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been going to Rick for my taxes for 3 years now and just this last year for my business taxes. He is very responsive and always calls/emails you back for anything you need. I had so many questions that I felt like a bother but he always was prompt on helping me out. This past year I moved to Hawaii and still use him!
