I've been working with Gabby Luoma and her magnificent team since 2012. As a new business owner at the time, they were lifesavers in helping me get started the right way. Almost 10 years later, they are still my go-to team! They expertly guided me through the first PPP process in 2020 so that I could save my business and pay my staff. Then again this year (2021), they took initiative to review my accounts and let me know that I was eligible for a second round of assistance. I can't imagine working with anyone else and getting that kind of attention and service!

We have been with Mod way back since 2003 when we started our first business then we have to close and reopen our new business in Texas in 2009. Even if we are not in the same city they are so very helpful during the year with my accounting. I send them quick email and they quickly reply with answers and tips. They have add new people to their staff but I always get the same great service I started in 2003. Nothing better to have peace of mind that if the IRS is knocking at your door MOD will be there to help you through it. Hopefully this will never happens but I like know they are always there for me

Outstanding! We are a busy, two surgeon private practice in Tucson, Arizona and we have used Mod Ventures since we started our new practice. They are exceptional. From the early days of just starting a new practice (I have been in practice 17 years and worked with a few different firms over the years) to the current day of several employees, payroll, insurance work, cosmetic work... Mod Ventures has managed it all. They have been able to grow and scale the work they do for us. Adam and Trish are always available electronically and make themselves available for in person when needed. In modern business, electronic access is key and I have never felt like I did not get a timely response. They are knowledgable, always willing to help and work seamlessly with our CPA team. Only positive things to say about this team.

I would not recommend Mod Ventures to any business owner looking for a reliable outsourced bookkeeping solution. Their team was completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Seems like most of their staff bookkeepers do not work at Mod full time and are only available one or two days a week at most. After failing to perform according to our agreement, we had to pay thousands of dollars to clean up their poor and disorganized books. Our firm had an incredibly poor experience with them.
