I was referred to Mitchell & Powell by a trusted adviser in Visalia. After meeting with Darin for 20 min, I immediately hired them to represent me in my ongoing WC claim. His knowledge of not only the Worker's Comp arena, but also his anatomy & physiology knowledge and ease of presentation made it a no-brainer. My experience with Mitchell & Powell has been nothing short of amazing. Mr. Powell, along with his staff, Myki, Olga, Erika (and all staff), have been great through this whole process. When you've never been through a Workman's Comp claim before, the process can be confusing and sometimes frustrating. This staff was always eager to help and to clear up any confusion I may have had. Communication, response call back /email times, etc., all were done in a timely manner.

I came to them for a injury that happened on my job. I was appointed Mr. Powell. I met with him maybe 3 times during my whole case. His assistant or office manger whomever she was to him; She wasn't a nice person to speak too. She was very rude and didn't treat you as a client or a person just another case. As if she could understand what your dealing with. I wasn't ever rude to her and I spoke to her with the most respect I could. I felt I was catering to her feelings and mine didn't matter. I couldn't ever call to speak to him unless you made a appointment. I lost so much after my injury and I didn't even have enough to get me out of the debit that came from me being injured. It's very overwhelming and nobody understands that feeling of loss and still feeling it today. Thats my experience but I know others got better out comes. God bless
