I was the subject of a car repair shop employee, stealing my vehicle basically after stating it was not road worthy and having a motor vehicle accident. This individual proceeded to place claims against my insurance company as well as the victims in the other vehicle. I had a family attorney who referred me the Anthony Minchella since he was more familiar with motor vehicle laws. Attorney Minchella immediately put my mind to ease that all would be ok with our initial meeting. The firm represented me in all of the following court proceedings. After a few court hearings a few of the lawsuits against me were dropped, since attorney Minchella showed the court and other party’s that i had no involvement in the incident. After a year all the lawsuits against me and claims against my insurance company were dropped. I now have a life that is eased of mind and no worry about someone taking my life stability away from me and my family all

Truly cannot recommend Minchella Law enough! Our company was lured into borrowing a lot of money by aggressive marketing tactics under what we believed was false pretenses. When the company refused to negotiate in good faith, and our business was at risk, we were referred to Attorney Tony Minchella who filed a lawsuit against the company, got an injunction against their attempts to collect funds based on an unfair trade practice, and sued for our business losses. The contracts were voided by the court, and we were awarded a high six figure judgment against the defendants! Even though this was a tumultuous time, Tony made the process so smooth. From start to finish, he was thorough, transparent, and truly had our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Tony and his team for anyone in need of legal counsel.
