Mike worked with the IRS on my behalf when after a serious health issue I got behind on both filing and paying taxes. He helped me bring everything current and make an agreement with the IRS. He negotiated on my behalf and was determined to get me the best possible outcome. Additional, when I was freaking out, he was reassuring and also made clear what I could do on my own (and thus save money) and where I would benefit from his help. He does all this at very reasonable prices (and offers payment plans) and with complete integrity. I've also hired him do my annual tax preparation and that has been done promptly and well. I usually don't leave reviews unless I am very impressed or very upset. In this case Mike Habib exceeded my expectations and left me speechless. I received a letter from the IRS stating that I was being audited. I was on the hook for a large and I mean LARGE amount of money. Hundreds of thousands due to a naive mistake. I researched solutions. I consulted with different Tax attorney's,CPA's, and ways to resolve this issue on my own. I was overwhelmed,scared, and confused.
