I am literally standing in front of a bald gentleman on the phone.
I have been standing here for about 6 minutes now and he has not said anything.
Not even a "give me a minute" hand gesture.
He is completely rude. If I could give negative stars I would!
If I didn't need a notary asap, I would not tolerate this disrespect.

Nasty attitudes, its as if they never learned customer service skills and never learned etiquette. Very rude lady in the front, who simply explained she was too busy, don't waste your time going here. If I could this business give zero stars I totally would.
