I originally posted a review 7 years ago and Michael just helped us sell our house. He is the same awesome professional he was 7 years ago. Michael was professional, honest and very responsive during our home buying process. He was the listing agent for the property we were interested in but after meeting him and touring the house he was showing we felt he was a professional that we could trust to represent us in our buying process. He exceeding all of our expectations. This was a vacation home for us and we live out of town and Michael offered to meet inspectors, repair people and even have delivers accepted after we closed on our property! I would strongly recommend anyone buying real estate in the Lake Tahoe area leverage Michael's expertise!

Michael was the absolute best to work with on our purchase. I can think of 3 things that stood out right away.
1. His knowledge of the small details was very impressive and helped my wife and I to make a great decision on when, how, and where to buy.
2. He's very responsive. That's really important these days as things move so quickly. We were able to make a great purchase because of this.
3. His professionalism and honesty was refreshing. He's not a "salesy" person at all. We appreciated that very much.
We highly recommend Michael and will definitely call him again for future purchases.

Michael is AMAZING!!!! You could not be in better hands for your real estate transactions. We were out of town buyers, so we were very unfamiliar with the vacation home rental market. Michael was patient and educated us along the way. He went above and beyond to make sure we purchased not just a house but the PERFECT HOUSE for our situation and budget. He was thorough and savvy through out the entire process. He even gave us solid references for a Property Manager and a Handy Man. If you're looking for an agent in the Lake Tahoe area, look no further, Michael is THE MAN!

Had a great experience buying a condo with Michael. He made the process super easy - he was very responsive and helped get to a very quick close which was important to me.
