Despite being busy, they were responsive, professional, and kind. Amy was incredibly patient as I struggled to explain what had happened. I commend them for being ethical about their billing hours; they easily could have convinced me to pay for services I didn't need. I was honestly scared and anxious, but Amy took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me tremendously. Thank you, Amy!

I was with Mennenga for approximately 10 years and had a great experience with my first accountant there. Unfortunately, she left and I was placed with a new accountant. I found her to be arrogant, rude, condescending and difficult to communicate with.
I would frequently wait weeks for a response and was made to feel a nuisance if I had questions. She made an error on my taxes twice which they did correct both times ( I understand these things happen) but at no time did I receive an apology, or was I made to feel like a valued client. I’m only giving this review a two (instead of a one), based on the fact that my earlier experience was good, and because I know of other people who have been very happy with their services. I, however was not as fortunate.

I worked with Andrew and he went above and beyond and even called me back to let me know that he was able to help me get a little bit more back on my tax returns.
