We’ve been dealing with a crappy water heater since we moved in and I’ve been fighting with the home warranty HSA company.

The first service call Meadow Lakes Supply Co. Plumbing and Heating LLC. came out and put in for a replacement. Which HSA first approved and then changed their mind for a second opinion. The second company comes and the guy who comes out reiterates the same thing Meadow Lakes did but then my claim was denied. When I called back the plumber acted like he couldn’t remember me from a week prior. I could only get them to communicate via text and they stated it was a water quality problem…

Second service call a couple months later and I refused to let the 2nd company come to my house. HSA of course wants a 2nd opinion and the battle started. If I had to do a 2nd opinion that’s fine but with a different company than the first 2nd opinion and HSA didnt want that. A month later, multiple calls, never a manager call back and my claim was changed to a steam boiler per the 2nd opinion company who never came out the 2nd time. More battling and Meadow Lakes stepped in and helped also.

All this to say, my water heater was FINALLY replaced today and Meadow Lakes Supply co was phenomenal. I originally had Mike out and then it was Brian and both were amazing to work with and the office staff was phenomenal each time we spoke with them - which was often . We highly recommend.

Our garage heater fan motor was going out. Called our warranty company and this company was assigned to us. They dispatched Brian to inspect it and he did confirm the fan motor was going out. They got the authorization from the warranty company and 2 days later Brian was back at the house and fixed it. Heater is running great, Brian was beyond professional and respectful while here. Would recommend the company and Brian to anyone. Thanks.

My furnace stopped working 3 weeks after closing on my first house. I called my own contractor to diagnose it and they red tagged the furnace and said the heat exchanger has failed. I contacted my warranty company and they sent out meadow lakes supply. Meadow lakes said there is nothing wrong with my furnace it blows hot air.. they took the red tag off suggested I get a co detector. After battling the warranty company for a few weeks they finally sent out a different contractor and they found 5ppm co walking into the front door and up to 200 ppm co coming out of the furnace! The warranty company and new contractor had a new furnace installed in 2 days!

Service is terrible. They never return calls, nor do they ever answer. Mike the Technician is Great himself, but the company is not and poorly managed. They have also blocked my number, proven because when I call from my other line it goes through but I assume this is because I have consistently called them, only to try and actually catch someone there. Overall would not recommend them.

I tried to use this business. I called 3 weeks ago to request some service. My call went straight to voice mail. I got a call back 6 days later stating they had scheduled me for 5 days later for sometime between noon and 5. I took the time off work and was ready to meet them at the property. Got a call the morning of the appointment and was told they had to reschedule for 4 MORE days later and to be available between 8 and 5. I took another day off work and waited in my truck at -12 degrees for 8.5 hours and never got a call. No one showed. I called at 430 that afternoon and left a message on voice mail as to why no one showed. Waited another 45 minutes and nothing. 5 days more passed and I called another business to have the work done and got scheduled in just 2 days. Just after that, guess who calls and says they can fit me in 6 more days from now? Meadow Lakes Supply. I'm sure they prioritize customers based on the nature of services required. My priority is an old guy living in an old RV using a propane space heater trying not to freeze.

Big shout out to ENSTAR Natural Gas Co. for showing up in just 3 days to get the line in and ready for service! ENSTAR, you guys rock!

Do not use Meadow Lakes Co. Plumbing & Heating, LLC!

Called and requested for a quote back in January for replacement of exhaust, boiler, & water heater. Waited weeks for an appointment (due to time of year, & ppl without heat were priority). Finally had someone able to come out mid February- upon detailing out my needs for replacement, without my consent, “Ken” repaired a leaky exhaust pipe.
The very next day pipe still leaked. I then received invoice for repair and no quote. I immediately emailed & called disputing the invoice since I had requested only a quote and did not authorize a repair. No response till today (4 months later) and “ken” is going to send my account to collections. I requested he have the owners call me and make this right. When I asked for their name, “Ken” would not disclose who the owners were- and then hung up on me.

Mike came out and was friendly, honest and quick. After dealing with my warranty company all day he was a breath of fresh air. I've used this company many times over the last 4 years and 100% will continue to recommend them. They've worked on my furnace, dishwasher and now fridge. Great team.

Horrible!

I scheduled for a plumber to come to my house about a week and a half out. They were supposed to be here between 8am-12pm. I waited around all morning after canceling my kids doctors appointment. Around 1130 I had not heard from them so I called. They apparently moved my appointment that I’ve had for a week and a half to 1pm-5pm. No one ever called me to tell me about it. Now I have waisted half a day and a doctors appointment that I could have gone to. Very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere.
