Laurel McFarlane and her team have helped us at La Jolla Historical Society for several years putting on the La Jolla Concours d'Elegance. This large event encompasses 3 days of gala parties, tours and of course, the main car show at La Jolla Cove that involves several months of preparation.Their team have made this event the huge success that it is. As a board member of the historical society and also the volunteer coordinator of over 150 volunteers at the events, I have worked closely with McFarland and have witnessed first hand their ability to create fabulous events and to work smoothly under pressure and the inevitable "surprises" that occur in such a complex undertaking.
