I have been trying unsuccessfully for 3 almost 4 weeks now for someone in the office to contact me regarding becoming a new client of the firm. I have spoken with to 2 different individuals and I have also submitted my information online through the website. The last person I spoke with ensured me they would relay my information and would call me right away. That call was 6 days ago.

Cannot express how disappointed I am with the service received (or lack there of) from Christian. Mauldin Vaught has provided support with our personal taxes for quite sometime without issue. After meeting with him for a consult regarding my small business he was supposed to begin providing services for this. After numerous emails and phone calls (beginning 7/9/22), nothing has been done and emails/phone messages have not been returned.
