There are lots of great opportunities for seniors. From a weight room to a library. Lots of social grpup activities. A couple of times a month, they have bingo as well.

What a wonderful, caring place! I have an elderly friend (almost 102) that lives alone, and they supply great meals for her with the Meals On Wheels program. She can not say enough good about the meals, the caring, kindness and respect. In talking with them, neither can I. I send donations to help as I am able. There is no pressure, and they are grateful for any help. THANK YOU! You have certainly made life easier and more enhanced for my sweet friend, Pat!

The Palmer Senior Center is great place for seniors to share in contacting and experiencing a wide variety of services for this age group! The choices include forming friendships with other seniors, Monday through Friday luncheons with great food choices served or delivered to homes, a variety of exercises offered to select from for attaining different toning up benefits, loans of medical equipment to see seniors through specific needs in their homes, entertainment opportunities at, or outside of the center, twice weekly rides service to area grocery stores, these are some examples of what is available. The staff is very down to earth and also professional. I am proud to have this center available to my age group and to increase my ability to function on a much greater level of Independence at this stage of my life.

Awesome people who volunteer their time. Great work out room, massage on firdays. Once a month we take Sr. To and from the plays and out to dinner. Take good care of the Sr. In rual areas meals in wheels.

I've come home after a decade of being 'outside'.. I'm not moving again & I'm a ten minute walk from the center. I'm starting to volunteer, much to my enjoyment.
