We are receiving excellent well-rounded service! Repeatedly our M&I service reps have assisted us when we needed to understand technical aspects of services with other vendors, as well our own IT matters. For example, recently M&I supported us with technical information we needed to understand to make decisions about Cyber Insurance, new Payroll/HR software and other important operating decisions. We experience a higher level of confidence in our decision making in all aspects of our business because M&I are our IT partners!

Dustin has been extremely helpful through this incredibly painful process of migrating our client's OSAS (Linux) server with a physical & virtual RAID array to Hyper-V. Dustin exhausted all existing avenues to migrate this system, including migrating into any other Hypervisor/VM utility. Dustin spent a lot of time after-hours (late nights, & some weekends) trying to get this server migrated. Ultimately, it was too old to migrate. Dustin built out a Linux VM within Hyper-V, & began importing the data manually for use. Data was moved successfully, & readable, but we needed a piece of desktop software to view said content which was no longer supported/available from the vendor. Dustin searched for alternatives, but nothing of substance was found. After all of this effort, my client realized that they had worked with their Sage vendor to import said data back in 2019, deciding to work with them. I appreciate all of Dustin's efforts & hope to work with again in the future!

While I have worked with M&I Technology for many years for all issues related to computers, this was the first time I turned to them for problems with my business iphone. During a recent upgrade to a new model iphone, it became apparent that there were problems causing the new iphone to not function at all. Although it was a stressful situation for me, Cody and Abisai were just terrific in their troubleshooting skills and endless patience working through all of the individual hurdles to get my phone functioning. Thank you once again to the talented and valued members of the M&I team that are key partners in our business IT program.
