I had my taxes done over a year ago here. Taxes and staff were pleasant enough but I called this year to see if I could get an electronic copy of my records since I moved. I already had paper records but just had a military move and didn't have access to my scanner so I could turn them into my new accountant. When I requested my emailed copy they were happy to oblige, didn't mention a fee at all! Then a month later I get an invoice for $25. I called to see if it was a mistake and the front desk lady said she would talk to Martin about it and maybe he didn't realize it was only an electronic copy. She said he would call me back that same week and I never received a call. I called again after getting a past due notice and spoke with Martin directly. I told him everything and he is still nickel and diming my family for this and asked if I thought his staffs time wasn't worth the fee. Of course 5 minutes to email me my records isn't worth $25!! Stay away from this accountant
