Oh geeze, where do I start…… Maria has been a godsend!! I struggled for years with my school district. Feeling tricked and cheated by the system. Not understanding what was happening and what my rights were. All the while my children suffered as I watched the school district strip them of every support they had in place saying they didn’t need it. In my desperation I reached out to other families and was beyond blessed to find Maria!!! She helped me understand my rights and navigate the school system. I have 3 special needs children and she has helped me with each of them to get the unique services tailored specifically for them. She helped me get organized and was amazing in my IEP meetings. Just to see her work the crowd. I can’t tell you how much she knows her stuff. I want to say she saved me at a time I felt lost and defeated by the district. She helped me and my children learn our rights and get what they deserve to be the best they can be academically.
