Excellent customer service from the Main Street Management company. They have been a pleasure to work with! They have helped me getting my accounts all straight. Helped reserving the clubhouse where I live and even getting me signed in to the APP on my phone. Kelly is so informative and has a great staff working for her: Natalie and Jennifer. Way to go team! Main Street Management Group just took over our development. Natalie has been amazing with helping to make the transition very smooth! I reserved our clubhouse through the old property management company; however, the new property management company took over before I actually used the facility. This was a learning curve for both of us. Natalie figured out the process. She found the money that I had already paid and she has made sure that I’m all set for my event! She answers the phone and responds to messages in a timely manner! I’m already excited about having them as our new property management company!
