Onsite had to break in through window because no keys available (see pictures). Truly disappointing trying to view unit.

Visit on 09/18/19.
Had to wait 20 minutes past appointment because onsite thought the unit was rented, however was not.

Sherri didn’t have the decency to even give me a call back after multiple emails.

Stay away...

Very bad customer service!! I called a day before and traveled an hour to get a very rude attitude and disgusting service. Unfortunately they do not have electronic payments for rent and every time you request your receipt they give you a nasty attitude. In now days even small business have electronic payments and M&A Management don’t!

I saw an apartment on Zillow, and got a response extremely quick, compared to other management agencies on there. They scheduled an appointment to view the apartment complex that Saturday. Called the agency to confirm the appointment and they lady was extremely helpful and nice. Showed up at 2pm and the representative was already there ready to show us the spot. He was extremely helpful and cheerful. He had ranout of applications but provided me the number and agency to reach out to on Monday. Had small chit chat and then left. I know there were bad reviews but all I can say is never judge a book by its cover. Looking forward to applying and hopefully get the apartment.

They called and asked me to give them a review. They lied to us and said that the owner was selling the property. They are actually trying to rent the property for over 700.00 more than we were paying. I will be looking into the rent control laws in Torrance. I am pretty sure this is illegal.

I really have nothing negative to say about this property company. I am a renter for the past 3 years and anytime I did have a problem it was handled and fixed in a timely manner. I have no problem with roaches, the property I live on is always kept cleaned. The management staff has always been good and polite when I have had to go in to the office. I would recommend this management company to my family and friends.

I've been renting from M&A Management for over 10 years. Since I have been renting from them I have never had an issue. Every time I need repairs they are courteous and fast at getting a vendor in touch with me. I have gotten to know the staff and they are very nice.

Rented there for a year and will never rent with them again even if they give me an apartment for free. They took my security deposit saying that the backyard of the apartment building was dirty. And that the nasty crampy wall was damaged. 3 months after I'm still mad and still wait for the answer from the owner. By the way I rented the apartment on San pedro. The worst ever, had cockroach, ants everywhere, rats at night, no parking, spiders, broken door, and when it was raining, don't even make me start...
