I retained John P. “Jack” Kennedy to handle my start-up business paperwork. I am an attorney, specializing in a completely non-business related area of law. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received, especially from Jack Kennedy. LSK, and Jack, were attentive, helpful, communicated well, and always answered my questions. They were able to put together all of my initial business paperwork, and file everything with the Secretary of State. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was even at the bank on a Saturday, to open my business account, when I realized I did not have all of the necessary paperwork with me. I was able to call Jack Kennedy, who was able to retrieve and immediately send over all the paperwork I needed to open the account, on a Saturday! To sum it up, this is a very professional firm, that provided me excellent service. I have, and will continue to recommend this Firm to anyone looking for attorneys to handle their business-related issues.
