Price - affordable. INTERNET - RELIABLE. Excellent service and friendly install tech. Highly recommend if you can get the line of sight needed for the dish. Excellent problem solving staff and fast and reliable speeds depending on usage and your package. Definitely ask for Jose to install your dish. Extremely polite and friendly. Also he knows every question you can think about under the sun regarding your internet service. He is also super respectfull and an excellent person to have do the install. 5 out of 5 will continue services with L & R. You should as well!

The FCC has new minimum speed requirements in place as of 3-14-24 that "broadband" ISP's must comply with. The old minimum speed was 25mb down and 3mb up, the new minimum required speeds are 100mb down and 20mb up. When I contacted LR via email to inquire as to what time frame they have in place to attempt to comply with the new laws the rep responded with immediate hostility and said that if I don't like the speeds I am getting then I can cancel my service with them. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE WHO IS IN THE SAME BOAT TO DO THE SAME, it only takes literally 2 minutes to make a difference.

LR Communications did an awesome job with installing our internet.

I want to give kudos to our installer Trey & I would definitely recommend him if you ever consult their services. He was very professional & kind & he communicated & worked with us amazingly. I definitely recommend him if you ever get wifi installed from this company.

Their internet packages are amazingly decently priced & I got the $59.99 a month package with the year contract & I think this is an amazing decent deal. And I'm absolutely happy with it so far.

It took my girlfriend quite a while before they made it to getting her internet up and running. That being said, the guy that came was very friendly and courteous. For the price, it's a definite plus. Only because of how long it took for them to get around to her place is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars... I hope this helps someone when it comes to deciding on where to choose...

We signed up for internet last summer. Internet was great! We loved it. Then we started noticing it was slow, picture didn't match sound and vice versa. Called several times only to be told we needed to unplug everything and reset it, everything looked fine on their end. It has gotten progressively worse, a few weeks ago we were given a new box. They also upgraded us to the next package for December to see if that made a difference. Again, worked great for a few days and now we are back to frequent buffering notices and several resets. Incredibly frustrating! It is especially worse from about 5 PM to midnight.

Almost done with my 1 year contract, the service has been very spotty the whole time. Usually got 20-30 mbps. Constantly having to unplug and reset the router. My fault for calling a month early to let them know I'm disconnecting. Fairly certain my internet is being throttled now. 4 days of 2-5 mbps speed, while I pay for tier 4(UP TO 75MBPS) I called today, the lady told me she opened a ticket and made it seem like someone would be here today to fix it. No one called, no one came by, no tests were even done on the phone. UPDATE, they called 2 days later and had a problem on their end. But I'm back to decent speeds. But still not worth the price we pay. It's just satellite, and if you're a gamer it's not what you want

So internet drops out completely constantly. Slows down constantly. I have screen shots of all the poor quality and they just run a few tests and say I’m getting everything I am for. Supposedly most reliable service? It’s the most unreliable I have ever paid for and locked into a contract. Just wish someone warned me.
