Where do I even begin? If you are on the fence about hiring a planner for your wedding do it and hire Lovely Event Co, then ask for Monique to help plan your day. Monique went above and beyond for me. I can be a lot to handle because I am.... well...neurotic. I worry and/or stress about everything. Monique handled all my worries and fears with ease. She even empowered me when I felt bad about decisions I was making. She worked with my busy schedule when I started a new job during wedding prep. The list goes on and on. I am so sad that the planning process is over and that I don't get to talk to her every week. When prep was all said and done Monique made our wedding day perfect. I really could not asked for a better day. Everything I did worry about did not matter. I wish I had listened to her when she told me that. At the end of the day people are going to people and you cannot control everything. Let your planner! Just kidding. Listen to Monique when she says something is not going to matter. She knows what she is doing. Anyways, Christopher and I will be forever grateful for Monique and highly recommend her & Lovely Event Co to anyone who is getting married.

Dana with Lovely Event Co is absolutely amazing at what she does! My only regret from wedding planning is not booking her sooner. Dana was a life saver during the last couple months of planning and she helped us to have a smooth and stress-free day. Dana and her team were absolutely amazing and made the whole day so special! I cannot express how much stress it took off of me and my family to have them coordinate the day and the lead-up to the wedding! I was a very busy law student and sometimes did not have time to handle planning until later in the night. Dana was always courteous to my schedule and would often go out of her way to schedule around my fiance and me! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and went off without any hitches! Everyone who spoke to us afterward described the day with one word: "magical".

I cannot say enough about RK Weddings and Events, particularly Deb Shaddox who was our wedding planner. We began working with Deb in February for an August wedding at the Hillside Estate and purchased the full planning package. It was the best money we have ever spent. Having a full-service planner kept our stress to a minimum and allowed us to enjoy the process. Deb guided us every step of the way. She made sure every detail was perfect and helped bring our New Orleans themed reception to life! Monique Provance was my wedding planner through Lovely Event Co. She has done several weddings at Stone Crest Venue, so to say she was an expert when it came to my venue was an understatement! Monique was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. I had a lot going on in my life at the time I was planning my wedding and I also had not the first clue about how to put everything together. Monique was calm, encouraging, and supportive and I truly don't think I would have made it without her. I always felt better after our meetings together. She was very good about checking in and helped alleviate some of my wedding anxiety. She completely took over on the day of our wedding, which allowed me, my husband, and our parents to relax and enjoy the day. We were in good hands the entire time and our wedding went so smoothly. My husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend Lovely Event Co and Monique to anyone in need of help planning their wedding!

Jessie at RK Events was absolutely incredible. Being an extremely 'type A' bride who's known for overthinking and stressing over every single detail, Jessie truly was a godsend the entire year of planning and the day of the wedding. She was so calm, responsive, and on top of everything from day one. She helped confirm vendors, negotiate contracts, re-confirm timelines and details, and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible (and everything honestly couldn't have gone smoother thanks to her help). My husband and I are so appreciative of Jessie and everything she did for us this year. Monique at RK Weddings is a phenomenal wedding planner! I’ve worked with her as a vendor at a wedding she planned and as a bride for my own vow renewal and she was equally as awesome.
