17 days ago I requested a PHI from this company. Despite many calls to this company, email request, and completed fax request, I still don’t have the PHI Postscript: one day after writing this review, I finally received the requested PHI. Thank you to the last employee who listened and followed through.

Charges a $24 "convenience" fee to have an HSA card applied to a medical bill. Outrageous. This company represents a good deal of what is wrong with our depraved, morally-bankrupt medical system.

After I paid my fire truck bill off they put on my credit report as me owing 139.00. We had an agreement and I stuck to what I paid. These people need reported to the BBB
