I have called these people and left messages. I spoke to at least 10 people sent in NDA at several occasions, but yet to see or hear back, so I think they just have fake listings save some time and headaches.

If you’re selling a business and you get assigned the agent Nabil Wakileh, ask immediately to be assigned to another agent. My business was on the market for 6 months under him and we received 0 offers. As soon as we got assigned a new agent, we received a good offer the very next week. I should not have waited 6 months to begin with. That was my mistake. Now the owner is trying to cover it up 2 years later by a BS response here. Whether the owner wants to hide it or not, his agent Nabil does business the old school way with no accountability and is lazy. Time to retire 😉

Very shady brokerage. They require POF to show listings, but the listings they have are fake...

3 agents from this firm all on separate occasions told me they make fake listings to draw in potential clients. Shady.

I’ve called for two weeks to get information on a listing. Nobody answers any of the phones and voicemail boxes are full. I don’t know how they get anything done there absolutely impossible to get a live person to respond back.
