Your company driver backs into my truck in Lake Delton pulling out of the parking lot. Clearly had to have known he hit me with the dent made but leaves the scene. I follow the driver down to the next stoplight to wave him down. The driver for LSI gets out flipping out that its all my fault. My fault? We were pulling onto the road from a parking lot while he was clearly (seen by a witness) using his phone. Without thought he throws the truck in reverse and plows backwards in me. I had zero time to respond. He proceeds to tell me to just call the office and deal with it my family owns the business. At this point we split ways and i called the office to deal with it. Now almost 2 months and nobody wants to return calls. Accidents happen I understand but to not take accountability for your driver in this and pay the less than 2000 damage causes by your truck is not a company i would ever do business with. Thankfully we were able to get a witness statement and we will file the police report for insurance to sort out. 1 star isnt low enough

Watch out if you are renting from them!!! I own a company that does junk removal. I ordered a dumpster for a 2 day rental a. They were supposed to pick it up as late in the day on the 2nd day as possible. We talked about late afternoon.They showed up at 10am and I was not done with it. Then because I told them I still needed it they charged me an extra $100 for a trip charge. I will never do business with them again.

Great people really friendly. My little one is obsessed with disposal trucks. He even got a miniature one. Recently he broke his leg. Every Wednesday he wait by the window or outside. To wave and watch the trucks doing there job. Drivers really friendly. Thanks from Lake Delton

The lady answering the phone seems to think she's doing the customer a favor by answering basic questions. Seriously she sighed when I asked how much a yard of wood chips cost.

I then ordered six yards, and proceeded to try and tell her where to deliver the load to. Omg talk about condescending and sarcastic! Finally she kept interrupting me to the point where I finally said, "I'm trying to explain this to you but everytime I do, you're interrupting me."

After all that was done and she took my credit card number, she proceeded to tell me it wouldn't be delivered for a week to a week and a half. When I asked when, she said she'd have to get back to me. Apparently they don't use a scheduling calendar like every other small business on the planet!

Anyway I told her to cancel my order. I called Olivia at Lulich landscaping, I'm not going to lie it cost a little more but well worth it after being treated like a human and guess what my load of wood chips will be delivered today or tomorrow.

News flash, wood chips are fairly common in Wisconsin, if you want to be a negative that's cool I have no problem taking my business where it is appreciated.

Was requesting a dumpster for residential property and was told because of old tenants that use to rent the property has back due bill...they told me they WILL NOT BE PUTTING A DUMPSTER AT THIS ADDRESS TELL PASS BILL ON SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS ANYMORE IS PAID....BTW WE HAVE A NEW LEASE BECAUSE WE ARE NEW TENETS JUST MOVED HERE MONTH AGO....

WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY A PAST DUE ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL SO WE CAN GET A DUMPSTER

AND TWO WHY COULDN'T ANYONE CALL ME OR EMAIL ME THIS INFO

Heather that works at the office is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Spoke to the owner a week prior to schedule a dumpster - very nice and friendly. Called this week to confirm my order and was greeted with snotty remarks and very immature comments.
Ended up canceling and taking my business else where.
