Please take sometime to read. Find a CPA who takes accountability for their actions. There team dropped the ball and no solution was reached. Wait, they did offer me 20% discount for next years filing. No, THANK YOU!

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from [LEGEND TAX,CPA]. As a loyal customer, I expected timely and efficient tax filing services, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite providing all necessary documentation well in advance of the deadline, my taxes were not filed in a timely manner.
The lack of communication from [Legend Tax, CPA] regarding the status of my tax filing only added to my frustration. I had to constantly follow up with them to inquire about the progress, and each time, I was met with vague responses and excuses.
As a result of their negligence, I experienced undue stress and anxiety, worrying about potential penalties for late filing. It's unacceptable for a professional tax service company to fail in such a fundamental aspect of their service.
I expected better from [Legend Tax, CPA], and unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I will not be returning as a customer and cannot recommend their services to others who value timely and reliable tax filing.

I absolutely love this tax service. Eddy knows his stuff and I take his entrepreneurial suggestions seriously. I appreciate the ease in which I can make my annual appointments via email and upload all of my receipts and forms online. I already recommended him to other family members.

Reached out to Eddy based on a personal friend's recommendation. Eddy for some reason never responded to emails and only would call hoping he would catch me. Eventually we connected and he said would be best to meet in person. I scheduled a time to meet with him a month later. The following week his assistant called me 3 times in a row, then called my wife twice, then me 2 more times trying to reschedule my meeting since Eddy was going to be traveling during the time I had scheduled and wanted to set a meeting for 2 months after our original conversation.

I can't speak to his ability to deal with taxes, but the inability, or unwillingness to send an email and the fact that his assistant called me until I answered like a scorned ex was enough for me to no want to deal with this organization.

Contacted Legend Tax regarding a complicated LLC situation. Eddie promptly returned my call. After reviewing facts of my situation, Eddie quickly diagnosed a reasonable - and sensical - approach to handling the issue. Honestly, I was nervous about hearing what he might say. Afterwards, I was relieved.

While I can't go into particulars of the call, I can say that Eddie is very personable and professional. He is a patient listener who offers solutions in easily understood language. For sure, taxes can be scary. Eddie makes things easier to handle.
