What a journey!
I wasn't sure what to expect when we first started this program with our leader (Frank Ceballos) and our team of 15 leaders, but I can say that I got more than I signed up for.
I initially was looking to have our leadership team leveled up with some tips or methods they could adopt that would enhance their performance and I would be happy with seeing a few grow through this program. Instead, I found that many team members were eager to read and share with each other prior to the next meeting session. I can say that 100% of the team grew and the ones that really wanted to learn what it means to Lead with Excellence have learned skills that will take them far both in and out of the workplace.
Big shout out to Frank and his teaching style and methods. Its one thing to read a book and take something from it that you can use and apply. It's another task entirely to take 15 people and guide them down the road further and get them to open up and be honest with themselves and the group on what holds them back, what they really want and who they want to be as a leader.
I would recommend these services to my friends and family and anyone looking to grow in their personal or business leadership. I'm also currently looking into more offerings through Lead with Excellence that I can enroll in more course for me and my team.
