They took our car out of our driveway. Said they repossessed it! But they must not of researched the title before taking it. The car is paid off, and we have the title in hand, with no lean holder.
THEY STOLE OUR CAR! They said they had repo orders, and took the word of some financial company, that was mistaken. Now we are chasing our car down, and the financial company admitted they made a mistake.
It's been 4 days that they have had our car. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!

My goodness what did they do beat him up with a ugly stick at work. I'm sorry but he look like a George Lopez when he fell off. He a great worker..when he works a shaft lol. Oh and his nostril. Sorry not to be mean but I can see his thoughts through his Nose. 👎 Bad communications and rude. Have your practice on communications skill please. These guy did a tremendous job. Can say nothing bad about them. Except the way the were working and looking kind of greasy but if I did not know any better. They look like they were on meth. Seriously this guy's was on the move. Quick and swift with his job. A real life scante warriors . I heard something like a glass noise when he was jacking up the car. Don't get me wrong but the way that rolled up in the floor. Sounda like. Pipe. Feel like the pipe fellll off hispock.

Monday, 9/10/2018 I came in to this facility to recover my vehicle after being impounded on Thursday, 9/6/2018. I was told that there was going to be storage fee of 76.50 because they had to remove my personal items from my vehicle. My funding company, Montana Capital, takes care of the storage costs for the vehicle.

Upon arriving I had to sign documents FIRST in order for them to release my vehicle, that said my personal items were still inside my vehicle. I circled that on the formed and asked the gentleman who helped me how are they charging me a storage fee if they hadn’t removed my items from the vehicle. I then proceeded to ask where they keep items from cars they impound and he said they have a storage unit. To which I replied, my vehicle is not one of your storage units and my funding company is paying to store my car here, and all my items are in my car. He replied saying that my car was locked and they didn’t have a key to remove those items. Friends, a tow yard has all the means necessary to get into a locked vehicle.

I called my financial lending company and told them about it and it they suggested I speak to their manager because it seemed fishy. So I asked to speak to their manager MONICA, unto which the gentlemen who was helping me said to call “the number”. So I did and I asked for Monica and they put me on hold, because she was with “another customer”. I was on hold for 20 minutes, and asked my Mother who lent me the money to “recover my personal belongings” to call “the number” and ask for Monica; and what do you know Monica answered right away. She was busy huh?

I asked Monica to come out and speak to me about the fee. She brought out another gentlemen who said he ran the yard but refused to give his name ( clearly an intimidation tactic). She tried to explain away the scam by showing me the documents I HAD TO SIGN TO GET MY VEHICLE, I asked for copies she refused, I asked to take photos she refused and they walked away and said that they were going to call the police if we didn’t leave, granted I was still there for the appointment I had made. Luckily I had enough sense to have my mother record the interaction.

On their website they say they store the vehicle for up to 15 days for free. They have bible quotes written on the windows of their “front office”. Can someone please tell where in the Bible it says to take advantage of the disadvantaged. To scam the Financially struggling.

Beware! This is not over. I will be contacting the better business bureau, the bureau of consumer affairs, and various media and news outlets. How many other people have they done this to?

The people were very kind and quickly resolved what I needed but unfortunately small things that really don't have much value make themselves known since when I returned my personal things I was missing a couple of things and unfortunately I didn't realize until I got to my house, (perfume and a laser and a wireless charger) and I repeat they are not expensive but I think it is not worth it to steal things.
