Kevin Kensik is the worst lawyer I’ve personally ever come across and I was married to a lawyer and I worked in the legal field for many, many years. Mr. Kensik failed to file proper documents, motions, pleadings and briefs on my behalf. He didn’t return my phone calls for 9 months until the day before my trial - for which he didn’t prepare. He failed to properly communicate court appearances. I gave him so many chances - I even drafted my own pleadings. I don’t think he knows how to do law and motion. I had to do it and show him. I had to do my own research and was able to prove him wrong about his advice and opinions on my case on several occasions. When I got second opinions from other lawyers about his advice and did research to show him he was incorrect, he would blame me for running up his fees. No apology, no results, didn’t care about me, threaten to withdraw and lien my case when he got caught being incompetent. Said he didn’t do things he should have done because he was afraid he wouldn’t be paid. I don’t believe he read any of my emails bc he routinely failed to properly respond to any question. I would never recommend Kevin Kensik on any case. It’s been two years of me pushing my case and him resisting. I have had no results. Now my trial is coming up again (because it was continued due to him blowing deadlines) and nothing is done for trial preparation even for my upcoming continued trial after he failed the first one!
