Whenever you have a pressing legal issue, it is my recommendation to find a local attorney that has familiarity with the prosecutorial team. As with most things in life, it's a relationship business.
I recently had a pressing legal issue involving traffic and other concerns and I'm happy to state that Savannah in his office , one of his secretaries, was able to help reassure me and talk me through the process and then I got to speak to Mr. Snead on multiple occasions. Not only was the plan laid out, I had a most thorough explanation of what to expect and although nobody can make any promises, we were able to get a reasonable resolution to my concerns.

Was driving on 74W heading to my mom's house when a young trooper clocked me at 71 in 55 (I swear I was doing 67 maybe 65 but still over the limit). The young trooper handed me the ticket & stated that I HAD to appear in court-no options. Goggled best lawyer in Laurinburg & Mr. Snead's office was 1st on site. Well hands down, Googles right for once. Not only is the staff at his office wonderful but they put my worries at ease. Did not have to appear in court, Mr. Snead took on my case, went to court for me & had the ticket reduced to improper equipment. While traveling from Michigan through North Carolina, I received a speeding ticket of 62/45 mph zone on Highway 74 this past August.
